We would like to share some updates to our Shipping Information, in light of the evolving COVID-19 situation.
Firstly, as a small independent, creative business, we always appreciate our customers support and in these times, that appreciation is through the roof!
Our first priority is always the safety of our community - being our customers and our team. As we are a small team, we have been able to successfully shift to a from-home warehouse solution in Iceland, allowing us to remain open for you safely and according to all government and expert body guidelines.
All orders are being packed and shipped to the highest of safety standards and we do not expect any delay to the processing or packing or your orders.
We are monitoring the situation closely however, as we ship via DHL Express, we have been notified that there could be potential delays of 1-3 days and suspended services in certain areas.

We are currently offering FREE shipping on all order with DHL Express Delivery.
Please allow 2-3 working days for the processing and shipping of your order.
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders and are beyond our control.
Pre order items will be shipped according to the estimated delivery date specified. Payment is taken at the time of purchase for pre orders.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or refund.
Returning goods is a simple and straight forward process.
Email us email@example.com with your order confirmation number and we will send you a DHL return label.
Please note we charge a discounted fixed rate of £25 for each return. The amount will be deducted from your refund once we have inspected the goods.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be in the original packaging. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the shoe soles and boxes, so please be mindful of this when trying your shoes on at home.
If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify customer service within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4 business days, minus the chargeback for the return shipment.
If you think your refund is taking too long, please contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is complete. If you’ve done this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
