Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent with DHL Express Delivery will be delivered within approximately 3-5 working days. Free shipping world wide is available on all orders over £250. A flat rate of £20 will be charged for any order less than £250.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or refund.
Returning goods is a simple and straight forward process.
Email us email@example.com with your order confirmation number and we will send you a DHL return label.
Please note we charge a fixed rate of £25 for each return. The amount will be deducted from your refund once we have inspected the goods.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be in the original packaging. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the shoe soles and boxes, so please be mindful of this when trying your shoes on at home.
If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify customer service within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4 business days, minus the chargeback for the return shipment.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
