Shipping, Duties & Taxes:

Iceland: Free Shipping

USA & Europe: 18 Euro shipping. All import duties and sales taxes are included in the price at checkout.

Rest of The World: 35 Euro shipping. Customs charges not included and may be applied by local Customs in the country of delivery. 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from  receiving your order to arrange your exchange or refund. 

Please note we charge a fixed rate of €30 for each return. The amount will be deducted from your refund once we have inspected the goods.

Email us shop@kalda.com with your order confirmation number and we will send you a DHL return label.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be in the original packaging. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the shoe soles and boxes, so please be mindful of this when trying your shoes on at home. 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4 business days, minus the chargeback for the return shipment.
